Terms and conditions
We do not have the policy of one-to-one exchange. Refunds are in the form of store vouchers only, for items bought at our official online store (www.shopamble.com).
Items bought on sale/ using promo codes are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Items which are out of stock subsequent to order confirmation will be refunded. If multiple items are purchased in the same order, only the affected out of stock item will be refunded. This includes items purchased during sale.
Variations in item's colour due to different lighting conditions are not considered as defects.
Variations in item's placement of prints are not considered as defects.
Please forward the order confirmation to us at email@example.com within 14 days of your delivery date and indicate the item for return and the reason for return.
Upon email confirmation from us, mail the item within 10 days to the Singapore address provided via a trackable mailing method to ensure safe delivery of the items.
We will check that the items are in their original tags, packaging, unwashed, unscented and in sellable condition with no defects before accepting the return.
For defective items/ wrong orders, please provide photo proof. Please ensure that items are in their original tags, packaging, unwashed, unscented and in sellable condition. Once reviewed and if said defects exist, we will arrange for an exchange for a new piece if item is still in stock. If not instock, a refund will be made in the original payment method.
Please allow 7 to 10 working days to process returns.
Please note that items returned 10 days after approval email confirmation will not be entertained. Please note that returns without tracking number will not be entertained.
Refunds are in the form of store vouchers equivalent to the original value of item(s) purchased, and have a validity of 3 months.
From 24 August 2023, there will be a processing fee of $2 for each item returned. This amount will be deducted from the store voucher.
ORDER AMENDMENTS/ CANCELLATIONS
We want to make sure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, hence, it is sent for processing as soon as we confirm it.
Amendments or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been confirmed.

Your cooperation in maintaining respectful communication is valued. Please note that we do not tolerate offensive emails, abuse, or threats towards our customer service officers.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that we do not respond to emails on weekends and after working hours.
To ensure an organized system to respond to emails, we handle emails in the order of their receipt. Please try not to send multiple emails on the same subject.
